Executive Chef Gerard Pangaud welcomes you to the new Gerard Panguad
Bistro.The new concept and menu was an avenue for Gerard's Place to
evolve into a new cuisine era. The dishes will be based on traditional
bistro fare. Chef Gerard Panguad is thrilled to be creating the classic
bistro food he loves and is excited about the room for creativity
that the dishes provide. The dishes are still based on the freshest
seasonal ingredients.The new emphasis will be innovative and contemporary
twist.
In 2006, Chef Gerard Pangaud became the Program Director and Head
Instructor for the professional Culinary Arts Program at L'Academie
de Cuisine. He will not only act as executive chef of Gerard Pangaud
Bistro but he will also be instructing current culinary students as
they work to gain real-life experience by working at the bistro.
From the grand bistros to the petit street cafes in France, the preparation
of cuisine is considered an art form, a fusion of tastes, resulting
in a truly unforgettable dining experience. This same dedication to
the overall dining experience can now be found at Gerard Pangaud Bistro
- and with an exciting new twist!
